Compostable Packaging Films & Sheets Manufacturer in India
Nature Biotech manufactures compostable packaging films and sheets for packaging converters, product manufacturers, institutional buyers and distributors. Available in standard and customised widths, thicknesses, colours and roll specifications for bulk supply across India.
Compostable Films & Sheets Specifications
Film and sheet specifications are finalised according to the intended application, processing requirements, width, micron, roll or sheet format and order quantity. Buyers should provide their end-use and equipment requirements before production.
Film & Sheet Formats
Compostable film can be supplied in roll form, while sheets may be cut to agreed dimensions, subject to manufacturing feasibility and approved order requirements.
Roll Specifications
Roll length, net weight, core size, winding requirements and packing format are confirmed according to the buyer’s processing and dispatch requirements.
Width & Dimensions
Standard and customised widths or sheet dimensions are available subject to the intended application, equipment compatibility and approved order specification.
Colours & Printing
Plain or flexographically printed options may be supplied. Film colour, print colours, artwork, print area and repeat requirements are confirmed before production.
Thickness & Micron
Required thickness is confirmed in microns according to the application, handling needs and manufacturing feasibility. Buyers may provide the required micron or request a specification review.
OEM & Custom Packing
Bulk, OEM and private-label supply is available with agreed roll identification, packing, labelling and dispatch specifications. Minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed after requirement review.
Specifications are indicative.
Pieces per kilogram may vary slightly depending on
material density, production tolerances & printing requirements.

Compostable Film & Sheet Ordering Process
Film and sheet orders require a technical review because performance depends on width, micron, processing equipment, sealing conditions, winding, printing and intended end use. Production begins only after the specifications and commercial terms are approved.
Provide the required film or sheet format, width, dimensions, micron, roll length or weight, core size, colour, printing requirement, order quantity and delivery location.
Explain the intended application, processing machinery, sealing or conversion method and expected storage conditions. Any regulated or specialised application must be identified before production.
Nature Biotech reviews the requested dimensions, thickness, winding, printing and processing requirements. Any necessary specification changes or trial requirements are confirmed separately.
The buyer confirms the final product specification, minimum order quantity, price, packing requirements, production lead time and delivery terms before manufacturing begins.
The finished film or sheets are checked against the approved width, micron, appearance, winding and packing requirements before dispatch.

Product Specification & Labelling
Compostability documentation does not automatically establish food-contact, FSSAI, medical, agricultural, lamination or other application-specific compliance. Any specialised or regulated use must be reviewed separately and supported by the applicable documentation before claims are made.
APPLICATION & REGULATORY SCOPE
Compostability documentation does not automatically establish food-contact, FSSAI, medical, agricultural, lamination or other application-specific compliance. Any specialised or regulated use must be reviewed separately and supported by the applicable documentation before claims are made.
PACKAGING and DISPATCH
Film rolls and sheets are packed according to the approved specification to reduce exposure to dust, moisture, sunlight, crushing and transport damage. Packing format, roll identification, transport method and dispatch schedule are confirmed in the quotation or purchase order.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store unopened film and sheets in a cool, dry and covered location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. Keep the material in its original packaging until required, support rolls to prevent deformation and avoid excessive stacking or physical damage.
Important: Suitability for food contact, lamination, agricultural, medical or any other regulated application must be confirmed separately against the applicable requirements and supporting documents. Application suitability must not be assumed from the word “compostable” alone.
