OEM & Private Label Compostable Bags Manufacturer in India
Nature Biotech provides OEM and private-label manufacturing for compostable carry bags, grocery bags, garbage and pickup bags, pouches and customised packaging. Buyers can specify sizes, microns, colours, printing, packing and branding requirements for bulk supply across India.
OEM & Private Label Manufacturing Capabilities
OEM and private-label orders are developed against an approved product, printing, packing and supply specification. Final availability depends on technical feasibility, order quantity and the applicable certification scope.
OEM Manufacturing
Nature Biotech manufactures compostable packaging to the buyer’s approved size, micron, colour, printing and packing requirements. A sample, drawing or written technical specification may be used for development and approval.
Sizes, Microns & Colours
Standard and customised dimensions, microns and colours are reviewed according to the intended use, carrying or filling requirement, sealing method and production feasibility.
Private-Label Supply
Eligible products can be manufactured and packed under the buyer’s brand after confirming artwork ownership, regulatory information, authorised marks, packing format and order requirements.
Printing & Branding Information
Plain and flexographically printed options are available. Buyers must provide final logos, artwork, text and legally required product information and approve the print proof before production.
Product Range
OEM and private-label options may be available for compostable carry bags, grocery bags, garbage and pickup bags, pouches, films and sheets, subject to product-specific feasibility and documentation.
Packaging & Supply Planning
Inner packing, quantity per pack, outer packaging, labels, dispatch schedule and repeat-order planning are agreed before production. Minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the approved specification.
Specifications are indicative.
Pieces per kilogram may vary slightly depending on
material density, production tolerances & printing requirements.

OEM & Private Label Development Process
Each project moves from requirement review to specification and artwork approval before bulk production. This helps align product performance, compliance information, branding, packing and delivery expectations.
1. Share Product & Business Requirements
Share the required product type, size, micron, colour, order quantity, intended use, printing, packing and delivery requirements.
2. Submit Reference Samples & Artwork
Provide available samples, drawings, logos, artwork, brand text and required label information. The buyer is responsible for confirming the accuracy and authorised use of the supplied branding materials.
3. Technical, Compliance & Costing Review
Nature Biotech reviews manufacturing, printing and packing feasibility, applicable compliance documentation, minimum order quantity, costing and expected lead time. Application-specific testing may be requested where necessary.
4. Approve Specification, Print Proof & Quotation
Approve the final product specification, sample where applicable, print proof, packing format, price, payment terms and production schedule before manufacturing.
5. Production, Inspection & Dispatch
After written approval, the order proceeds through material planning, production, printing, bag making, quality inspection, packing and dispatch.
Suitable Buyers & Applications
Suitable for retailers, wholesalers, distributors, institutional buyers, corporate brands, procurement agencies and export buyers seeking compostable products under their own specifications or brand. Availability remains subject to technical, commercial and compliance review.
Compliance, Packaging & Storage Information
OEM and private-label orders must use an approved product specification, accurate buyer-supplied artwork and only the compliance statements supported by the applicable documents and product scope.
CPCB & CIPET DOCUMENTATION
Nature Biotech can provide the applicable CPCB certificate and supporting CIPET compostability test documentation relevant to the ordered product scope. Private-label branding does not create, extend or replace the applicable certification scope.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store unopened products in a cool, dry and covered location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture and chemicals. Keep cartons off the floor, protect them from crushing and follow the storage guidance supplied with the approved product.
PACKAGING and DISPATCH
Finished orders are packed according to the approved product format, quantity per bundle or pack, inner and outer packaging, labelling and delivery requirements. Dispatch schedule and transport arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or purchase order.
Artwork, Brand Ownership & Regulatory Labelling
The buyer must be authorised to use the supplied brand names, logos and artwork and must verify the accuracy of all label information. Applicable manufacturer details, compostability markings, certificate references and product information are included only after review. Unsupported claims and unauthorised certification marks must not be printed.
Important: Final artwork and label content must be approved in writing before production. Changes requested after approval may affect price, lead time and production status.
