Artwork Approval & Custom Printing Process
Every printed order is produced only after the bag specification, artwork, printing details, quotation and final print proof are approved. This helps ensure that the supplied product matches the confirmed buyer requirements.
Specify the required bag format, dimensions, micron, colour, quantity, intended application, printing requirements and delivery location.
Provide the logo, brand name, contact information and other required content. Editable vector artwork such as AI, EPS, CDR or vector PDF is preferred for accurate printing.
Nature Biotech reviews the artwork, print area, number of colours, placement, readability and suitability for the selected bag format.
The buyer confirms the product specification, minimum order quantity, commercial quotation, printing-plate requirements and final print proof before production begins.
After written approval, the order proceeds to printing and production. Finished bags are checked against the approved specification before packing and dispatch.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store unopened bags in a cool, dry and covered location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. Keep the products in their original packaging until required and follow any storage guidance stated on the supplied packaging or commercial documents.
PACKAGING and DISPATCH
Orders are packed according to the approved bag format, size, micron, quantity, bundle or weight format, labelling requirements and delivery destination. Dispatch schedule and transport arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or purchase order.
ARTWORK & REGULATORY LABELLING
Applicable manufacturer details, compostable markings, certificate references and required product information are included only after artwork and compliance review. Unsupported environmental claims and unauthorised certification marks must not be printed.
